Highly trained employees are an essential component of our quality system. In their training,
emphasis is placed on prevention rather than inspection.
One such method is through Kaizen, a program
of continual improvement in which all departments participate and report their progress monthly.
Our internal audit system, designed to meet ISO 9001/TS16949 requirements, continually improves our
quality level. Statistical process control and scientific problem-solving techniques are used to
implement corrective and preventive action.
At Kyowa America Corporation, we continue to look at new and innovative ways to accommodate the
growing need for high-quality molded plastic products.
