Commitment to Quality
Kyowa's quality policy states:
"Kyowa America Corporation shall achieve total customer
satisfaction by delivering products, services or behavior
that exceed the customer's expectations.
Quality shall be assured through a team effort committed
to continual improvement of its quality management
system by all Kyowa family members.
Quality objectives will be established and reviewed based on output from
management review meetings."
Highly trained employees are an essential component of our quality system. In
their training, emphasis is placed on prevention rather than inspection. One
such method is through the 30/60/90 Day Project, a goal-setting program in
which all departments participate and report their progress monthly.
Our internal audit system, designed to meet ISO 9001/QS9000 requirements, continually
improves our quality level. Statistical process control and scientific
problem-solving techniques are used to implement corrective and preventive
action.
At Kyowa America Corporation, we continue to
look at new and innovative ways to accommodate the growing need for
